Why I Enjoy Teaching: Teaching the Basic Computer Skills course lets me meet adult learners who are new to Tech-Reach and become familiar with their strengths and needs.

Why I Enjoy Teaching: I really enjoy helping adult learners improve their computer skills. I think Tech-Reach provides great value and I am very glad to have the opportunity to share my experience with the class.

Professional Background: Graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelors in Information Technology. Currently employed at Elder High School since 2009 working in the IT department.

Why I Enjoy Teaching: I enjoy teaching these classes because I love conveying my knowledge of technology to others in order to turn a somewhat scary tool into a powerful one.

Professional Background: Manager and trainer with over 20 years’ experience working in the business and non-profit sectors in program management, adult learning, business operations, curriculum design, courseware development, and delivering training to work groups, classes and individuals.

Why I Enjoy Teaching: I enjoy helping adults who are motivated and eager to learn new skills and Tech-Reach provides a casual, non-intimidating setting that readily accommodates the learning styles of those who want computer skills for work or for personal use.

Professional Background: Raised in Fremont, OH. BFA and M.Ed. from the University of Cincinnati. Diverse experience in education, including Cincinnati Recreation Department, US Peace Corps, Zuni Public Schools, The Children’s Home of Cincinnati, and The Women’s Connection in Price Hill.

Why I Enjoy Teaching: I love teaching adults. They are motivated and eager to learn. I’m proud to be a part of the community support offered at tech-reach.
